Brooke Elliot Williamson, also known as Brooke Williamson, was born on 15 August 1978 and was raised in Los Angeles, California. Raised by American parents, Brooke holds a white ethnicity and is an official Leo. But, she has not revealed the identities of her parents and siblings. 

Brooke was always a rebel, and according to her mum, right from childhood, she wished to be a boy since everyone preferred boys over girls. Her success directly links with her mum's encouragement because she knew there is nothing that Brooke couldn’t achieve as a girl.

In her childhood, Brooke involved herself in dance, soccer, and the arts, particularly in photography.

Brooke gave a debut to her career as a teacher’s assistant at the Epicurean Institute of Los Angeles. After that, she began working in the kitchen as a pastry assistant at Fenix at the Argyle Hotel.

Being a bright mind with quick hands, she drew the attention of Chef Michael McCarty, and he later staged at the renowned Daniel restaurant by Daniel Boulud in New York City.

Two years later, Williamson was appointed her first executive chef position at the notable Los Angeles restaurant Boxer. Then, she opened the Brentwood eatery Zax as Executive Chef, where she began to develop her signature California-inspired cuisine.

Brooke Williamson tied knots with her husband Nick Roberts in the mid of 2007 amongst the presence of their closest family and friends. Nick is a fellow chef and the co-owner of all her restaurants. The couple has one child whose name is Hudson Roberts.

They met for the first time while they were working at ‘Zax’ in 2001. The duo started to date in February 2002.

Their relationship as husband and wife till today is going very strong. In an interview, Nick said that Brooke is delighted with Asian foods, and they go on a romantic date every Wednesday.

During her day-to-day operations, she works alongside Roberts to create new menus, run the front and back of the house, and manage their multiple concepts. When she finds time outside of her many ventures, Williamson stays active by running, bike riding, and playing chase with her 9-year-old son, Hudson Roberts.

In 2014, they opened Playa Provisions which featured a grab-and-go marketplace, Small Batch; a seafood dining place, King Beach; an ice cream shop, Dockside; and a whiskey bar, Grain.

Furthermore, in June 2015, the couple opened Tripli-Kit selling unique kitchen gadgets, cookbooks, and other cooking essentials. Similarly, in October 2016, the duo opened their fifth venture in Playa Vista, a Hawaiian concept called Da Kikokiko.  She gradually became the co-owner and co-chef of five restaurants, Hudson House, Playa Provisions, Da KikoKiko, The Tripel, and Small Batch Ice Cream.
