The Orange County Chief Medical examiner's statement added that Mr. Saget's death resulted from blunt head trauma after all examination of his body, toxicology, analysis, histology, and a respiratory pathogen panel. He further explained that Mr. Saget's injuries mainly were incurred from an unwitnessed fall, and toxicology analysis showed no illicit drugs or toxins. He also announced the manner of Bob's death was an accident and expressed his condolences to his loved ones during the difficult time.

The Full House star, Bob Saget, was found unresponsive by a hotel security officer when he failed to check out of the hotel room. The hotel security officer then called 911 and was pronounced dead by deputies and paramedics. His left arm was found across his chest, which speculated the reason for his death was due to a heart attack, but after one month of investigation, the real reason for his death was announced.
