The CEO and founder of Cash Money Records, Bryan Williams has been sued for not paying rent for months by Cycad Management. The rapper Birdman, has failed to pay $33k a month rent for five months foe his cozy Bel-Air mansion in California.
It has been reported that the Cash Money mogul and the management company had agreed for the rapper to pay the rent on monthly basis but the court paperwork had claimed that Birdman stooped his payment for the rent over the summer and owed it through December 2021.
It has been revealed that the management made a grave legal mistake as they came to a verbal handshake agreement and with no any sign in the documents.

In early of December, the rapper Birdman was in a joint project From The Bayou with NBA Young Boy representing their Louisiana ties and their song debuted at No.19 on the Billboard 200.
