Bella Brave was born with three rare conditions, dwarfism, severe combined immunodeficiency, and Hirschsprung's disease which affected the bowel. Hirschsprung’s disease is a condition that affects the large intestine (colon) and causes problems with passing stool. As per records, she underwent a bowel transplant in August 2023 to treat the disease and recovered faster than any child with a bowel transplant had. However, her health deteriorated after she developed a viral infection in her lungs and suffered complications.
