After less than two years of marriage, Ant Anstead and Christina Anstead have decided to separate from each other. The Christina on the Coast star announced their split on Friday on her Instagram, stating, 'Ant and I have made the difficult decision to separate.'
She further stated, 'We are grateful for each other, and as always, our children will remain our top priority. We appreciate your support and ask for privacy for us and our family as we navigate the future.'
It's a mystery what prompted the split. Notwithstanding, things flipped around, and their relationship halted at an end with a breakup.
Ant had posted about Christina via social media back on 2 August 2020, clarifying how he makes her insane by wishing her a happy anniversary every Sunday. On the other side, Christina had not posted a pic with Ant since 28 July 2020.
The updates about Ant and Christina's breakup came after Ant flew home to be with his older children following a months-in length delay due to the COVID pandemic.
Ere to lockdown situations, Ant Anstead, who has a net worth of $5 million, disclosed that because of the flight cancellations, he wasn't able to be with his kids. In an Instagram post on 6 September 2020, Ant praised their child Hudson London's first birthday celebration quoting, 'You are our miracle baby, the perfect blend of your beautiful mummy and this Brit dad! We love you so much! Today we celebrate you!'
Ant also included a beaming emoticon with hearts alongside 'mummy,' alluding to the HGTV star.
The sweet message was shared via a display of photographs and recordings of Hudson, including somewhat resembling a dad-child birthday festivity at the seashore.
Ant, who hosts Wheeler Dealers, is Christina's second ex-husband. Before Ant, she was hitched to her 'Flip or Flop' co-star, Tarek El Moussa.
