The couple has a long history going as far back as their childhood. They first met when Alejandra was a little girl while Richard being a family friend. But their relationship did not move any further until they reunited in 2014 at the Treville hotel in Positano, Italy, through a friend. After being re-introduced, the two felt a “strong” connection with each other as romance bloomed between them soon after.
