The rapper Kaalan Walker better known as KW has been accused of rape allegations by more than 30 girls.
According to Rolling Stone, Kaalan Walker was arrested in 2018 for a connection to a sequence of sexual assaults where he faced expenses from 11 victims. However, the rapper pleaded not responsible to 6 counts of forcible rape, two counts of illegal intercourse with a minor, and extra.
His lawyer informed, “Mr. Walker was in consensual and voluntary contact with each one in each of these girls. There is not any abduction rape. There is not any pressured rape. Purportedly, he’s giving them data like, ‘Hey, I may put you in a film. I may put you in a rap video. I may create a star.’ And that is what will get them to do issues they won’t usually wish to do. And now that the stardom and glory did not come to fruition, they’re mendacity and saying he assaulted them. We consider that each one of those younger women is mendacity.”
The rapper has denied the allegations and shared on his social media saying, “I am innocent until proven guilty. Not guilty until proven innocent. it’s not cool. Just wait until my trial, y’all.”
Many damaging rumors began circulating on social media like the rapper infecting victims with AIDS but some exclusive medical records showed that Kaalan didn’t have the potentially deadly virus nor did he have gonorrhea or syphilis.
It has been revealed that over 30 women have come forward with complaints about Walker and their alleged interactions from 2013. A victim who was brave enough to reveal her identity contacted authorities though her name was not listed in the case. She is a model named Sydney Stanford who accused the rapper raped her when she reached out to him thinking he was a photographer. She spoke for herself and for other victims to saying, “Overall, the only way I feel, and I’m sure the other girls too, is just, we can’t wait for it to be over. This has been a long time coming for all of us, and I just hope that us seeing this case through will empower other women to speak up and do the same.”
The model continued, “The DA said that more than 30 women contacted prosecutors with allegations. That’s 30 women that had the strength and had it within themselves to even come up to the police.”
“So imagine how many girls are still left out there that he has harmed or he has hurt that didn’t make it to the police, didn’t make call, were too scared to say something. Like, imagine how many different humans are out there that he has done this to?”
Kaalan Walker Case Details
Kaalan Walker was released on reduced bail due to Covid-19 while the victims were never notified. When the news of his bail was out, many women were in shock and upset saying, “He got out of jail and went back to photography. He literally got out of jail and went back to the same thing of him, like being able to take advantage of young women.”
The singer Kehlani also took to Twitter and wrote, “I apologize in advance if everything I’m going to be retweeting involves rape & assault, I am standing with the victims of a serial rapist who I knew personally to be aggressive, dangerous & twisted. He was released on bail & is back shooting photography of people (how he started assaulting folks in the first place, many of which were minors) and his case is still open and now his victims and their allies are being targeted and gaslit by him and his followers on social media. Some are my FRIENDS. I STAND W YALL.”
The rapper had appeared on the court on 18 May 2021 where the rapper was demanded again to appear on the court on June 22 in Los Angeles. Walker then expressed his sentiments on his social media saying, “This is the seventh DA – the seventh DA to remove themselves from my case. I was locked up for 2-and-a half years and I’ve been through seven DAs. Meaning 7 DA’s asked to remove themselves from the case or they want someone else on the case.”
The rapper also accused singer Kehlani of allegedly aborting their children without him knowing in March of this year and wrote on his Instagram story, “Of course my heart is broke from how you handled this situation with our child Kehlani. Any man that wants to be a father would feel the same.”
He added, “Kehlani I wish you would have told me the truth instead of lying to me and aborting out child without me knowing. Kehlani our child would have been 6 years old this year. I will never forgive you.”
However, the singer Kehlani spoke up about the accusation and said, “I’m not making a single lie or obsessed liar Poppin. People will call my phone and say aren’t you going to say something. Truths might make me wanna have a back and forth. Blatant lies? Have fun in your fantasy land it’s nothing I could say to control your crazy. It’s above me.”
