American YouTube star and makeup enthusiast, Jeffree Star, launched his new Palette (beauty product) 'Cremated Palette' on 22 May 2020. But the outcome was too soon to attain several backlash and critics.
Jeffree dealt with agony (mental) as he received the disrespectful reviews of his latest product on Instagram.
Some expressed their points that releasing a beauty product amid the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak is stupid as nearly 100,000 people in the United States and 340,003 people died globally.
Some even said that the Palette's names such as 'Death Certificate,' 'Pallbearer,' Casket Ready,' and 'Embalmed' seemed inappropriate.

However, Jeffree came forth with a video of his YouTube channel, where he addressed all those backlashes against him and talked about the Cremated Palette. In the video, he revealed he faced tragedies in recent times, including the death of his father and two of his dogs. He did not wish the name to be triggering for anyone but wanted to make people smile with his new product.
Jeffree mentioned:
"I created this to make people smile. I created a brand for all the weirdos and people that didn't feel like they fit in. In no way was this created to be offensive, ever."
The newly released eye palette 'Cremated Palette' features the beautiful shades like The Morgue, Life Insurance, and Casket Ready. The product was set to be released in April 2020. However, it got postponed due to the issues with production due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
