Her daughter, Kelsey, was a sixth-grader at Hillsboro Intermediate School in Hillsboro, Oregon. She was the first chair flute player in the band.
While picking up her kids from their father, she had promised a surprise. But kids never knew that the surprise involved murder.
Debra attacked Kiersten first, who told Kelsey to run. Jeter stabbed Kiersten in the back before pursuing Kelsey. Eventually, Debra caught up to Kelsey and slashed at her neck until she died.
