The ex-wife of actor Jesse Williams, Aryn Drake-Lee, has accused Jesse of erratic behavior which is harmful to the health of their children so she is seeking primary custody of their children as per some reports. Jesse's ex-wife, Aryn Drake-Lee, is asking a judge to give her primary custody of their two beautiful children Maceo and Sadie.
The former couple settled on joint legal and physical custody of their children when they divorced in 2017 but Aryn Drake has claimed that her ex-husband has not managed to comply with the co-parenting schedule and fired a nanny his children preferred.
His ex-wife wants the court to modify the agreement so that instead of joint custody William will have visitation with his kids on the first, third, and fifth weekends of each month as reported by Radar Online. The legal documents claimed that Jesse's work schedule and the COVID pandemic challenges increased inconsistency, longer absences, and regular last-minute cancellations along with other issues.
Aryn Drake-Lee wrote, "I am requesting modification of the custody schedule and other provisions of the judgment to better reflect the new reality of our lives, and most importantly, properly and positively address the needs of our children. I have tried to communicate with Jesse to resolve these issues to no avail. In May 2020, I sent a detailed communication with my concerns about their health and exhaustion, which Jesse read and ignored. Since then, I have sent multiple messages about the recurring issues, but he has continued this trend of not participating in meaningful conversations or strategies about their health."
Therefore, his ex-wife demanded primary custody of their children and she also added how she rehired a nanny for their children with her own pocket money.
