The Home alone star, Devin Ratray, was accused of physical assault by his girlfriend after they got into an argument.
According to TMZ reports, the alleged incident happened last week, 9 December and a woman filed for police report claiming that the actor, Devin Ratray punched her in the face, put his hand over her mouth, and tried to strangle her after a feud.
The TMZ was also informed by Law Enforcement sources that the couple went their separate ways for the night as things got calmed down after calling cops to a Hyatt hotel near downtown Oklahoma City. At last, cops left without anyone arrested, and things settled down between the couple, deciding on their split.
However, the actor’s rep denied any physical violence in a statement that also confirmed the couple’s breakup happened after the fight broke out.
