Ally Lotti has shared in a brief interview for the HBO series, Music Box that her late boyfriend, Juice WRLD knew he would die young and said, “He knew, he f***** knew.”
Her famous rapper boyfriend, Juice WRLD, died at the young age of 21 due to an accidental overdose in 2019. He suffered from a horrific seizure at Chicago’s Midway Airport on 8 December 2019 after getting off a flight from Chicago and bleeding from his mouth when medics had arrived. The paramedic spent 40 minutes trying to save him before taking him to a hospital at 2:55 am.
The rapper had toxic levels of oxycodone and codeine in his system when he suffered the seizure and by the time they reached the hospital, the rapper was pronounced dead at 3:06 am. After investigations, six bottles of prescription codeine cough syrup, 70lbs of marijuana, two 9mm pistols, a 40calibre pistol, a high capacity ammunition magazine, and a metal piercing bullet were found by cops on his plane.
The late RAPPER Juice WRLD didn’t have an ideal family growing up. His father left his mother when he was only three years old. So it was only his mother, Carmella Wallace, his older brother, and himself in his family. The rapper had a close relationship with his mother who introduced music to him at a young age. She encouraged him to play piano and raised him in a religious and conservative household. She listened to Billy Idol, Blink 182, and Black Sabbath which helped the rapper to use rock and roll-related elements in his music of emo-rap stylings.
The rapper had shared about the death of his father in 2019 on his social media writing, “Damn. Rest easy dad. Please rest easy, RIP. Everything feels unreal. It’s crazy.”
Ally Lotti was his girlfriend and she was the last person to see Juice prior to his death as they celebrated his birthday together which was just three days before his passing and she had posted about that day writing,

Ally Lotti had talked about how she had miscarriage because of the stress and sadness of his demise. She had also posted about her pregnancy in a deleted tweet post where she posted a photo of Juice WRLD touching her pregnant belly while they were on a tour to Japan and Australia. She also talked about how the rapper wanted all was to become a parent. Ally Lotti had a hard time dealing with the loss of her boyfriend and their unborn child. She had revealed in a deleted tweet, “We worked a lot and it took a toll on my body I was always sick. Three miscarriages and after he passed away one more due to stress…one of the first ppl to call me after he passed was my OB/GYN.”
She also tweeted about how she was triggered by plane and wrote, “To this day, I can not get on a plane or hear sirens – too triggering.” She also posted another tweet, “I remember these moments minute by minute – last year feels like mins away.”
On his one year death anniversary, Ally shared two letters of the late rapper Juice had snucked to her dress. The first letter was a love letter that said, “You are my sanity, my safe haven, my first and last true love, my BFF, my home… you are my everything.”
The second letter was a tribute to his girlfriend, Ally which read, “I’ve been broken for so long without repair. You fixed me permanently. So I cannot let you out of my sight. You are my umbrella when it’s raining, you keep me dry from my own tears and the tears of the world.”
Juice WRLD had posted on twitter apologizing to Ally for putting up with his drug use and announced he his done with Codeine. He wrote, “Bae I’m sorry I be tweaking, you’ve put up with more than ppl I know I be scaring you, fuck Codeine I’m done. I love you and I’m letting it be known publicly that ain’t shit fucking up the real love I found. Learn from this everyone Addiction kills all but you can overcome.”
