Sofia Jirau has made history in Victoria's Secret as the first-ever model with Down Syndrome. She took the most lovely day of the year, Valentine's Day to announce the amazing news via her Instagram account.
She wrote her happy news saying, "One day I dreamed of it, I worked on it and today it is a dream come true. I can finally tell you me big secret...I am the first Vicotrias' Secret model with Down Syndrome!"
The 24-year model also expressed her gratitude to all of her fans for always supporting her in all the projects and thanked @victoriasecret for giving her the opportunities saying, "Thanks @victoriasecret for seeing me as a #NoLimits model and making me part of the Love Cloud Collection inclusion campaign. This is just the begining, now it's formed!"
She concluded her announcement writing, "Inside and out there are no limits, Alvaett!"
