Mikelle Biggs was a girl who was kidnapped on 2 January 1999 and was never found dead or alive after that. She was playing with her sister's cycle in the family house in Mesa, Arizona at the time she disappeared. The bike Mikelle had been riding lay dumped on the road with the wheel still spinning while Kimber was out. 

Mikelle Biggs used to celebrate her birthday on 31 May every year. As she was born in 1987, She was just 11 when she disappeared on 2 January 1999. She was born to her parents in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas, USA. However, she vanished from their house in Mesa, Maricopa County, Arizona, USA. She was born to her father, Darien Biggs, and her mother,  Tracy Biggs.

Moreover, her parents have divorced as of writing. Her father has remarried whereas, her mother has moved to Utah. Her sister, Kimber Biggs, who went inside the house feeling cold is 26 years old and lives with her three-year-old son.

As Mikelle was born in Texas, she had an American nationality. Moreover, she had a white ethnicity and grew up in a Christian family. At the time of her vanishing, she was a sixth grader who had a dream to be a Disney animator when she grew up. She was musically talented and played the clarinet. At the time, she was around four feet tall.

Mikelle Biggs Has Never Been Found

Even 23 years after being vanished, Mikelle Biggs has never been found. All the investigations that the police did had a dead end. Even though her sister wasn't with her for just 30 minutes, there were no eyewitnesses and nobody had heard anything.

However, one tip made a headline in 2018 when a man brought a dollar note with a message in it. The message contained “My name is Mikelle Biggs. Kidnapped from Mesa. I’m alive.” The note was found in Neenah, Wisconsin which is around 1700 miles from where Mikelle vanished. Police weren't able to withdraw forensic records as the note had been circulating in the market for nine years and multiple people had touched it in the process.

However, according to Kimber, they never trusted the note as the name of Mikelle was spelled wrong in it.

Mikelle Biggs' Father Was A Primary Suspect

With minimum suspects, Mikelle Biggs' father, Darien, was one name. People suspected him of his loner behavior. However, there was no physical evidence of where Mikelle could have gone or could have taken her.

Other than her father, a neighbor named Dee Blalock was also the suspect as he had prior charges of sexual assault, child molestation, and kidnapping. However, based on his story, he was home watching football which his wife verified. He has never been charged in the Mikelle case. However, he is serving his 187 years of jail time for assaulting his neighbor.
