Dota 2 community has received two big surprises today. First of all, the new update of Dota 2 called The Outlanders Update. And the next is the TI7 winner ex-Team Liquid members have announced their new esports organization.

Find on more about the patch 7.23 along with the new e-sports team of ex-Team Liquid.

Dota2 Patch 7.23: The Outlanders Update

It's been a six month since when last Dota 2 patch 7.22 hit off with a massive potent off-lane heroes combo of Earthshaker+Morphling. While it still remains a dominant factor in the pubs, we also witnessed the combo being countered by Vici Gaming at the finals during the MDL Chengdu Major in the first game against the winners, TNC Predator.

Dota 2 fans have speculated that this combo would get finally nerfed in pubs after The Outlanders Update. They have been playing against it since the previous version 7.22, which got released in May 2019.

The game major update called The Outlanders Update has been released worldwide on 26 November 2019 on Tuesday, as confirmed by one of the developers 'cameron_dev' on Reddit.

During the TI9 tournament, Valve confirmed the new Dota 2 patch 7.23 would get unveiled after the end of the first major competition of the 2019/2020 competitive season, i.e., MDL Chengdu Major.

In the course of TI9 held at Mercedez-Benz arena from 15 to 25 August, Valve assured to add not only fascinating concepts but also new heroes, new maps, new items to the already prevailing pool.

The developers unveiled the next patch will launch after Chengdu Major, which held from 16 November to 24 November. Moreover, Valve developer on Reddit also confirmed that the release was after the fall of 2019.

Our plan is similar to the previous years, where it is soon after the first Major is concluded. We tend avoid broadcasting dates explicitly though because things can shift around and we wouldn't want the expectation to be a specific day if a little bit more time was needed.

With the new changes in the game, Dota fans are looking onward to what the game would render the spectators with a full blast of surprise.
