The reality star, Denise Richards was called out by fans on online for her courage to go maskless and make up her own rule on a recent flight.
The actress herself posted about the situation on her Instagram story showing her selfie and wrote, “Anyone that is upset that I am not wearing mask I’m hiding under a hoody and a huge winter coat. Please. Thicker than any mask!!!!”
Though Richard had followed the rule of wearing a mask properly in the past, she was seen maskless in her recent flight and used her coat as her mask.
The current guidelines from the US Centre for Disease Control and Prevention has stated, “All passengers on public conveyances (e.g. aeroplanes, ships, ferries, trains, subways, buses, taxis, ride-shares) travelling into, within, or out of the United States (including US territories) as well conveyance operators (e.g. crew, drivers, conductors and other workers involved in the operation of conveyances), regardless of their vaccination status, are required to wear a mask over their nose and mouth.”
Many people responded to her post and slammed her for not obeying the rules and one user commented, “There seems to be no sign of intelligent life anywhere.?” And another even wrote, “We would’ve had no idea she was flying if she hadn’t said so. Hashtag attention seeking.”
