Plot And Overall Review
At the batting range, Hachiman and Shizuka proceed with their discussion about codependency. Afterward, Shizuka gives him an example through a piece of napkin.
After some recommendations from Shizuka, Hachiman sets out to learn the relationship in his way.
At Sobu high school, Yui is waiting for Hachiman in Getabako, Genkan, as they walk together to Nakatakahama Park. At the park, Yui questions Hachiman on the off chance, whether he approves of how things are and asks him to consider the big picture.
Hachiman replies with a sound answer, which makes Yui reveal her genuine wish. Afterward, Hachiman consents and resolves to be better.
After aiding Yui to convey her back home, Hachiman leaves. After entering, Yui's mom welcomes her and holds onto her as she cries since Yui acknowledges that she loves Hachiman.
At the student council room, Iroha examines Yoshiteru, Sagami's brother, and Hatano regarding the joint prom. The three tried to come up with excuses, but Iroha prompts them to answer. They told her to ask Hachiman regarding the subtleties. Iroha then reveals her agitation. She is worried about Mrs. Yukinoshita and the disaster that may follow.
In the staff room, Hachiman, Yukino, and Shizuka have a gathering with Mrs. Yukinoshita and Haruno.
Despite protests by Mrs. Yukinoshita, Hachiman demands pushing the joint prom. He also used Haruno's recommendation to depict his disappointment toward the graduation prom. After a brief talk, they suggest Yukino help with the joint prom.
Knowing about Yukino's persona, Hachiman briefs Yukino of the difficulties that they need to overcome for the joint prom. However, Yukino consents to help deal with the joint prom as the meeting concludes.
At Inageritsu Bridge, Hachiman and Yukino walk together as they talk about what unfolded during the gathering, including her unexpected circumstances. Yukino questions Hachiman's actions and asks about Yui's desire.
Hachiman replies that his actions are a part of Yui's desire and gives further clarification. He keeps on arguing that he and Yukino have poor communication skills and would not have the option to reunite on the off chance if they parted ways.
Hearing this, Yukino replies by saying that she is different as she attempts to leave in a rush. Hachiman attempts to talk further as he discovers her and hesitates for a second.
Afterward, he runs and grabs Yukino by her hand.
After holding her hand, Hachiman admits that he wants to associate with Yukino. Even though Yukino self-expostulates and excuses her incentive as an accomplice for Hachiman, he directs that he likes how she is and prefers her for every bit of her personality.
Afterward, Yukino demands his life as she hugs him while they clasp hands leading their relationship to turn into a couple. (6)
