The audition round of the 18th season of American Idol is currently on air. The franchise- which has produced many successful singers like Kelly Clarkson, Adam Lambert, Chris Daughtry, Carrie Underwood, Scotty McCreery, and more- is seeking its 18th winner as of 2020.
Though it may take months before a winner emerges out, the show has already found a strong contender for the title in the form of Hannah Prestridge.
A recovering addict, Hannah is one half of the musical duo, Treble Soul- which she formed alongside her husband, Curt Jones. The artist has been through a lot of ups and downs in her life, but the company of music has always been with her.
Sings A Ballad At American Idol Audition; Husband Not Selected
Hannah Prestridge, along with her husband Curt Jones, auditioned for the American Idol. During the audition, Hannah sang a ballad titled Day By Day, while her husband sang Travis Tritt's Help Me Hold On.

The judges unanimously selected the Texas native for the Hollywood round; however, Curt didn't impress the judges to be chosen for the next round. Despite not getting selected to perform in Hollywood, Curt Jones will still be by his wife's side during each of her performances.
The episode- which featured Hannah's audition was aired on 23 February 2020. In the episode, she was chosen for the Hollywood round alongside some other contestants like Cyniah Elise, Kay Gynse, Kyle Tanguay, Jovin Webb, Margie Mays, Johnny West, Sarah Isen, and Julia Gargano.
Married Life With Husband Curt Jones, Children Details
Hannah Prestridge- age 24- first met her husband Curt Jones in 2014 while performing in Nashville. Although both Hannah and Curt are from Texas, they had never met before.

The couple soon began dating, and within a few months of starting the relationship, Hannah became pregnant with her first child. She eventually gave birth to a baby girl named Presley on 8 January 2015.
Similarly, two months after welcoming their first child, Hannah and Curt Jones got married on 11 March 2015. The family became complete when Hannah and her husband welcomed their second child, also a daughter named Charlee, in 2017.
Hannah Became Addicted To Pain Killer During First Pregnancy
When Hannah was pregnant with her first child Presley, she developed a kidney problem, which put both Hannah and her baby in danger. As a result, she was prescribed a painkiller named hydrocodone.
The delivery was successful as Hannah gave birth to a healthy baby. However, she became more and more dependent on the drug, eventually reaching the point where it nearly destroyed her family and married life.
As Christmas was approaching in 2018, Curt became fed up with Hannah's addiction and warned her to fix herself up. Curt even claimed that he would leave with their daughters if Hannah didn't get rid of her drug habit.
Hannah eventually realized her mistake and even visited a rehab facility to bring her life back to track. As of now, she has been sober for over a year.
