It has been reported that the RHOBH star, Dorit Kemsley’s husband Paul Kemsley has been arrested for suspicion of DUI on a Los Angeles highway near Laurel Canyon. As per reports from Daily Mail, the reality tv star was over the legal alcohol limit in California which is .08 while driving grey Bentley but when he took a breathalyzer test and blew .081.
He was taken to a police station in Van Nuys where blew .073 as he retook the breathalyzer test. According to a source, Paul had a glass of wine with dinner and drove on the way home assuming himself sober enough. His attorney, Alan Jackson further confirmed the story and stated, “PK was arrested and cited on November 23 on suspicion of DUI. While out with a business colleague, OK consumed a glass of wine with dinner. Following a traffic stop, it was determined that he may have been close to the legal limit. He regrets the fact he did not take alternate transportation home that evening.”
The attorney further added that his client, Paul regrets his actions and said, “PK takes the allegations extremely serious and fully cooperated with the authorities. This would mark the first and only such incident in PK’s long driving history. He has learned a valuable lesson.”

No one was injured during the incident as they didn’t enter the children’s room and stole her jewelry and handbags after ransacking the house for about 20 minutes.
